The National Olympiad for Future AI Leaders.

The world's first competition testing how students think like AI scientists, data scientists, and researchers. Built for students who want to stand out long before university — on the one line every IIT and Ivy League application reads twice.

Open to CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, State boards & all other curricula. Early-bird pricing for the first two weeks.

What you'll actually be tested on Two divisions · Grades 6–9 · National rank in 72 hrs
Thinking with data & probability 30%
Reading & interpreting real datasets 30%
Thinking like an AI scientist 25%
Spotting cause, effect & bias 15%

every problem mixes all four at once · this is what top universities call "quantitative reasoning"

How it works

Two rounds. One national stage.

No qualifiers, no fluff. Sit the exam, and if you're good enough, you're live on the national final — in front of judges, and everyone watching.

round 01

Take the national exam

75 minutes, online, same day as every other student in the country. 28–32 real-world problems. Within 72 hours you know exactly where you rank — nationally.

round 02

The Applied Final

Top performers get a real case built on real data. The top 10 per division present live to a judging panel — streamed nationally, for everyone to see.

the payoff

Earn a credential that counts

A national rank, a certificate, and a distinction worth putting on every application you'll ever write. Cash prizes for the top performers — recognition for everyone who competes.

Sample problems

Two questions. See if you can crack them.

These are real AIO-style problems. No coding. Just the kind of thinking that gets you noticed.

  • Built for students who want to stand out. The kind of problem that separates "good at school" from "actually smart."
  • No coaching required. Can't be memorised, can't be tuitioned away — either you think it through or you don't.
  • The same skills top universities look for. Real reasoning, not rote formulas.

The 94% Accuracy Trap

A food delivery app wants to predict which customers will churn next month. A model trained on 6 months of data reports 94% accuracy. The product team is thrilled — but the lead data scientist raises a red flag.

Why might 94% accuracy be deeply misleading here — and what should the team look at instead?

Answer: B. This is the classic class-imbalance trap. When churn is rare, a model predicting "nobody churns" for everyone scores 94% while catching zero real churners — accuracy becomes meaningless. What matters is recall on the minority class and precision. This exact mistake has cost real companies millions. Spotting it is thinking like a data scientist.

Divisions

Two divisions, one national standard

For students who want to be known as the smart one — not just in class, but nationally.

Junior division

Scholar

Grades 6 & 7

  • Pattern recognition and early statistical reasoning
  • Real-world scenarios with guided analytical structure
  • Emphasis on conceptual reasoning over computation
  • Age-calibrated national percentile ranking
Senior division

Laureate

Grades 8 & 9

  • Full technical depth across all four cognitive domains
  • Live dataset interpretation in the Applied Final
  • Algorithmic and model-level reasoning problems
  • Age-calibrated national percentile ranking
